Steele becomes first  George County player  to make it to  the big leagues

Justin Steele, a 2014 draft pick out of George County High School, made his Major League debut with the Chicago Cubs this week. Steele, a left handed pitcher, entered Monday night’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers. In 1.1 innings of play, he gave up one hit while striking out two and also giving up one walk. George County has seen a number of former athletes selected in the draft but Steele is the first former George County Rebel to make it to a Major League game
